So confused, help please.

I'm not that bright with computers, but I bought a gmod server, and am using this as my cpanel or whatever. I can't seem to be able to be an admin as I don't know where to put the command and I don't know how to change the gamemode to DarkRP. Help Please

If so have you raised a support ticket with your host?
