Derek
It's annoying when a client complains about getting a 160GB HDD instead of a 250GB HDD on a Dual Core machine. He knows he won't even use 50% of the space but just wants to complain. We even upgraded him from a AMD x2 2.3 ghz to a Intel x2 2.4ghz for free. Well if he had to get 250gb HDD and you give him another specs server that is just not professional and customer feels tricked. I am sorry to say but he has right to complain, it is your fault

We once had this issue, We gave the customer the choice of having a 500gb hdd and the box online in 2hrs, or wait 3 days for stock to come in of 250gb hdds, Sometimes customers need the space and not the cpu ect,

We have a machine that has a 147GB 15k rpm with 8 cpu cores and we still have hard drive space.
