TC Admin Update - Time out

Hey guys, When i run the update feature on my game panel it sits there loading for about 5 minutes and then returns the erorr. The connection has timed out. Now there is no firewall blocking it and no software conflicts.

 

TC Admin is hosted on there web servers so i am unsure whats wrong.
