TCA.Mods won't install most COD4 Mods

I know how to setup mods, I have been doing it for a while. The only problem is, if I set a specific configuration file for the mod, it won't install the command line for some odd reason. If it doesn't need a config file, it will install fine. Any tips on how to get the Mods feature to install both the config and the command line to work. The mod will extract and everything and it even states in the log the command line is being created and restarts the server. The problem is the command line will not show up in the command line builder at all, ergo it won't select the new command line and the mod won't work.

 

Mods tested to work (no config file needed)

Promods (all of them)

 

Mods tested to not work (almost anything needing a config file)

Paintball

GunGame

etc.

might be a stupid question but did u tick the apropriate boxes "create new command line" and "use config file"

 

did you check the tca logs/console?

 

could you maybe post a screenshot of your mod config page?

The logs tell me everything went okay and the command line was created and the server goes ahead and restarts without the new game mod's command line.
