New "one time" key lolz

So once a user uses his one time key and neglects to give himself admin is there any way to make a new key besides deleting the server and recreating it? (at least 50% of users do this, even though it says it is a one time key in the email we send out).

Go in your TCAdmin client account in ;

 

Admin Home > Users > USERNAME Home > Voice Servers > TeamSpeak XX Slots > Voice Server Users

 

Then click on "CLEAR ALL". It will delete the users/admin and it will give you a new Admin Token.

 

FYI, you dont have to delete the TS3 Server again. It will only delete ALL the Token used and he will have to give some new to is clanmate or whatever person that as one.

Hmm ok thanks for the tip. I saw that feature didn't know it spits out a new token tho.

Hmm, We've just tryed to reset the users on one server and it doesnt seem to be clearing all, The customer says hes lost permission to modify groups or any admin related stuff(eg kicking'/ban) after he upgraded his server slots, we're also unable to now clear all users of that server, I've submited a ticket, But has anyone else come across this problem or could shed some light ?

You do need to make sure the server is empty when you clear users. Other than that no other problems with it.
