Remote + Web on the same machine

Is it possible to host tcadmin remote server and Web interface on tha same machine? Is there any issues with that configuration?

Why would you want a remote server with the web interface? why not just use the master server with the web interface ?

That's because we need 2 different web interfaces for different ISPs.

We've got only one server hosted in data-center of the secondary ISP and it is tcadmin remote. The ISP wishes web-interfece that is hosted in their network so the hosting remote + web on the same machine is the only way for us until we get some more servers hosted there.

That just seems a bit backwards to me...... why would the ISP feel the need to suggest how you structure your infrastructure??

 

It's a backwards thing, and totally the wrong way to go.

 

I suppose that by definition, if you host the main TCA web interface on a server that is running games it IS the master.......

 

Unless your suggestion just confused me beyond understanding.

Well, we're just using not standart business model and it works for us perfectly
