loading tcadmin

hey guys first let me apologise in advance if this post is in the wrong forum but it is about your product

 

ok...the problem i am having is when i go onto my remote desktop to start tcadmin in console modeit must take about 10 minutes to be ready but the thing is i have installed tcadmin on other boxs before and it loads really quick..like in about 10-20 seconds and i cant seem to figure out what i am doing wrong can anyone out there help me out,

im running windows server 2008 standard r2 x64
