Reset a virtual servers server group permissions

Could anyone advise me if it’s possible / how to reset a virtual servers server groups and permissions, we have a customer whos been fiddling and we need to reset his permissions

depends on the premission he's messed up

Well hes a superadmin for his virtual server and isnt able to access the permissions menu or anything, so i'm presuming hes messed that up,

Is there a way of reinstalling the server or does it have to be deleted and recreated ?
