Auto setup ERROR

After purchase the servers are staying in pending auto setups with an error status. Im not really sure why but here are the api logs, does anyone see a reason?

I think from looking at that, the slots aren't being sent right. I could be wrong.

 

If you're the license holder, you can submit a ticket to TCAdmin for quicker help.

looking at this, to me it looks like that username is not being sent and is causing the issue as looking the "user_name" field is blank. If you need some help i use WHMCS and have it working with our TCAdmin just fine.
