User home :: Live chat button

Hello ppl,

 

I don't know if it's possible since asp.net to me isn't so familiar.

I use kayako suite and I would like to place a Live chat button inside users home.

 

So when user is working on something and he doesn't know how to do it, he just click's the button / link and the chat window appears, as it is with kayako.

 

Has anyone done that yet? i tried putting html / javascript code in user_home.apx and that didn't do any good.

 

Also, adding a new custom link is quite limiting, target="_blank" could be quite handy.
