Monitoring problem

I recive from my admin email all the time "The Crysis server at 80.79.115.242:64100 has not been responding for a while and has been stopped.

"

This was an example, all servers have that problem

But actually servers are working and responding. tcadmin thinks they are down.

And i discovered Game Server Reports (charts) all are empty, no graphics only

Can anyone help ?

All servers had that problem, crysis, cs 1.6 , CSS, cod4

did u check for firewall exceptions? maybe disable firewall for a moment to make sure thats not it.

try opening a support ticket too

edit : if ur behind a router or hardware firewall u gota put its IP in server details

Is the gameserver running properly and your just reciving that error? or is that error actually occuring? IS Tcadmin running on an administrator account? or a user account? Have you changed any folder/file permissions/ownerships?

Fck it doesent work, i dont know anymore what to do. In administrator user i installed tcadmin. TcadminWEB is guest account like in default

While i love this feature, i have noticed that a lot of times with SRCDS especially orangebox it liked to restart them because the servers 'went down'. I have actually had to disable this plugin and just monitor the servers manually. So far no issues with client complaints about their servers randomly restarting.
