Freaky HLTV issue

Yo,

 

So yeah i installed HLTV like it was mentioned here.

Everything works. The server boots, the hltv boots & connects.

And i can join the HLTV.

 

So all is good. However i got following issues when i hit stop on TCadmin the HLTV doesn't go away immediately. It takes atleast 1 minute before it goes.

Even though the services + HLTV.EXE are being shut down when i hit stop in the Cpanel.

 

This in itself isn't much but this is what happens. When i hit stop and then hit start again i got 2 hltvs in game. When map changes another Hltv joins. I can even create a server with 30 hltvs even though its a 11 man server ....

 

Anyways so the issues are my HLTV doesn't stop immediately when i hit stop & i get multi HLTVS in server when switching maps or hitting stop & start to fast.

 

Any help would be glad cause i can't find it,

What are you using in the hltv.cfg ? Are you sure you have all the correct, and up to date files? Doublecheck everything.
