I did however find a great reference for both UT2003.ini and UT2004.ini here: Unreal Tournament 2003 Unreal Tournament 2004 The differences between UT2004 and UT2003 ini's are very little, check out the references above and maybe alter a UT2004 Config posted here at TCAdmin to accommodate.
