Sytstem monitor is the tcadmin application running which is monitoring what is happening on our system with regards to running the games and alloowing clients to control them.

It may be restarted from the control panel (Admin Home > System Settings > Servers > actions) or from services on the desktop.

MySQL optimization is settings, and clearing out the garbage. It take an entire book to effectively tell you how to optimize it. Its about understanding MySQL. There are a few apps that supposedly optemize but I've had worse results from those sometimes back in the days I used them.

Affinity is which core the application will attempt to run on, it typically should be left alone but in some situations the applications will not properly ballance on there own and you may be required to use affinity to try and assist in ballancing the load across all resources on your machine.

How to run lag free servers is about learning there is not some magical setting that makes all servers run lag free. First step I'd look at is stoping all but one server. Get one server running lag free then add in more. Second start with a plain vanilla server, no mods. When you load a box up with several servers and add mods to them you could have dozens of things causing problems so you'll probably never fix the servers. You want to start simple and then add one thing at a time so you can know what has changed.
