ETWQ "local data is not in sync..."

Were having issues with users not being able to connect to their ETQW servers, getting the message "local data is not in sync with server"

 

I know this is a bit of an old one, and I DID have a link to some articles on it, but they were on the ET community boards which now just redirect to the new activision site

 

Does anyone have recolection of how to sort this out?

 

Its running the 1.5 dedicated server files on Windows 2003

 

Any advice really appreciated.
