Hey, i was sorting out my tcadmin control panel

 

when i designer added me and offered me a design for £50 just PSD file and £100 for PSD with coding

 

i ask him for a screenshot of the design and he give me this -http://img813.imageshack.us/img813/4105/imagexm.jpg

 

Out of all the sites he can rob he copied most of it is from my dedicated server provider http://killercreation.co.uk/

 

When when i told him he copied it from KillerCreation's site he repied

 

"KillerCreation can't do anything as its images that been copied, no content have been copied"

Actually its copyrighted probably the design the way its designed as well - Most likely
