strikeR-
Hi, I have moved one remote server to a new localization. The clients files and services were moved and all are UP, but now have problems on the start of the Monitor, I'm getting: ----------------------- Log Start: 18-06-2010 12:58:25 ----------------------- TCAdmin - The GameHosting Control Panel Software Version: 1.0.3810.30070 .NET Version : 1.1.4322.2443 Operating System: Win32NT version 6.1.7600.0 Adding local server IPs to IP Filtering Rules.. Adding Master Server and Web Server IPs to IP Filtering Rules.. TCAdminSDK.Remote.InstanceCreator.GetPluginFromServer: ServerID: MasterServer Object Type: TCAdminMonitor.StandardPlugins.Database.InstanceCreator Error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. Remote.InstanceCreator.GetDatabaseManager: Could not create Database Manager. SDKObjectBase.Find: Could not create Database Manager. Could not connect to the master monitor...retrying in 10 seconds (1 of 35 retries) -------------------------------------- Don't have firewall on any server, already have made restart to master and servers monitors, already make a new monitor.config to the remote but the problem stills. At the moment i have the clients on that remote with the servers on, seeing the satus on the tcadmin, but can't make any changes File Manager, and I can't create new gameservers on this machine. Already make the Update option, still with this error that is make me crazy today. Need you help comunity. What can I do to fix this ? If so that would give you the 403 error, did you try reinstalling tcadmin on the remote server with a new monitor.config file? That i would figure would clear it up as i am seeing and suspecting that it is a permission issue with the tcadmin directory in which it is installed at. Seems like the best and quickest solution to this issue.

strikeR-
I fixed it after 4/5 hours but don't know how lol. When Luis went to my server got me looking and log file with sucess, weird :/ I think was the problem of the remote machine have on network card other primary IP andress, because my last change was putting only on network card the real remote IP, made a new restart to master and remote servers and was fine. I think was that don't have certanly. Best Regards for your help.
