No as long as your a registered business in the site in which you reside to my knowledge you do not need anything else to host other servers in other locations. Just going off of the U.S. rules on business ethics and what not.

It is dolts like you that hijack post and start flame wars. What the hell does this post have to do with a business license.

 

Back on topic. The business license does not have to be from the state where you reside. There may be some local rules that apply but you can get a license from another state depending on the structure of the business.

SickPuppy, you might have a read of the original post. He asks several things there and that is what Goran was answering was a segment of one and I agree with him 100%. Also, your the one attacking Goran for your mistake in not noticing the OP had asked for a critique and then started the grade school name calling. Seems the flame started and ended with you.
