So......... just downloaded chrome, hooked up all the extensions (which weren't available when i first considered chrome), synced bookmarks and now I have firefox in the form of chrome. No more endless crashing, no more slowness (wow is chrome ever fast), and I have all my developer tools that used to only be available with firefox.

What browser are you using, and if it's not chrome - why aren't you switching??

Best switch in awhile for me.

Cause chrome sucks! thats why I'm not moving. Sorry Opera/Firefox fan for me. Chrome is almost as shit-tarded as the blackberry browser. Yea it looks good, may run good, but its not all about the glitz and glamor and what not. I have noticed on several XHTML complaint websites, Chrome breaks the hell out of them. I will stick with my Opera and I'm not switching back. Firefox i keep around because its good to have another browser other than IE, but all i use now is Opera. :)

P.S. Chrome breaks <span></span> and some <div></div> markings in websites and also has in the latest release from what i have heard and experience myself fails to properly utilize caching of websites and will consistently re-download all of the page contents.

whats a link to a site that appears broken in chrome?

For specifics, not able to give you any mate. Been months since i have used chrome for anything other than development use internally on intranets or on private customer websites. Like i said though, several sites with <span></span> and specific <div></div> with positioning set in the css for the class it can and has broken, thats why i have not used it since 4.0. whatever the last i was on before the new 5.0.

Ill stick to Opera, i get the functionality of firefox, the look and feel of chrome and the way it was ment to be and the overall satisfaction of knowing that it doesnt break things and is very reliable regarding website development looks and feel in IE, FF, and Safari.
