Issue with W:ET Redirect

I'm having an issue getting a redirect going on a server. We had it going on one server, but the other 6 of the same configuration just disconnect people that try and connect to the redirect even when one server on the machine is working.... hopefully someone knows how to fix this. Here is an excerpt from console when they try and connect:

Solved.... case sensitive redirect. Needed to change "jaymod" to "Jaymod"
