TCAdmin Monitor taking over port 80 (HTTP Port)

I've noticed, every couple of days or so, the TCAdmin Monitor will completely put my website to s*** after it spontaneously (I'm not sure what triggers it) takes over port 80 which my Apache service is running on. This halts any connections of clients to my website and can potentially affect or hinder sales as a result.

At the moment, the only fix I have found is to restart the TCAdmin Monitor via the control panel, and that provides a temporary fix. Is there any way to specifically prevent the monitor from touching my precious port 80?

Thanks in advance.

Tim the monitor only even begins to touch 8888 and 21 on a remote. However, if you are running IIS and Apache on the same server on windows and running this on a master, could be leading to issues. There is no work around other than likely move Apache and IIS if they are running on the same server off onto seperate servers.
