Cod 4 some playuer awaiting connection

Hi my clients keep telling me some players that try to connect to there call of duty 4 servers, get awaiting connection then disconect and they try numrous times , but allways awaitign connection. so they have to join the other teams server to play the war.

 

It seems tobe 1 in 50 people get this problem

 

here is my cfg settings

im curious about the network line do i really need this line ? also should i add the pb guide relax commad and if so what numerical value should i set

eg sv_pb_guidrelax 7 ??

 

Any help greatly appreciated

 

im using the script for firewall and the run games a users of tca group also

Is this a mod server or standard cod4 server , I f its a mod and the clan have moded the maps , anyone that joins indeeds to have the same mod ! And the redirect needs to point them to that mod/ Or they get the mod from your download section.
