Firearms source fps?

I have firearms source running on one server at around 900-1000fps ( win08 .. ping boost running on the box not sure if it applies here)

 

I have FAS running on an almost identical box getting 500fps (win03 .. ping boost also running)

 

Everything is the same except the fps difference from box to box.

 

Any ideas on this? Am i just lucky on the one thats getting 900fps ... I see the command line calls for 600 max. I would like to get the 900 on all FAS servers.

HPET is not enabled on all other boxes?

Not possible for 900fps or over 500ish on Windows Server 2003.
