Disabling subusers

Hey guys maybe i over looked something, but is it possible to disable sub users?

 

enable them for some accounts or disable them for all accounts:confused:

I don't believe that has ever been requested before and as far as I know there is no way to accomplish it, aside from possibly with code.

Perhaps if you elaborated what you were after we could provide another method of getting it instead of disabling subusers

well the business name is Unlimited Game Servers

 

pretty much the name speaks for itsself.

 

We have packages at $50 a month for unlimited servers and by disabling subusers the customer couldnt resell the servers. WE also lock down the account to the ip that it was purchased from

This might help you a tad. Disable the sub users from submitting tickets. That might just do the trick. Doubt much reselling if they can't submit a ticket. Just a thought..

They could log in and do server things however, They can't submit a ticket. So, if company A resold a server, the end user will say WTF, I can't submit a ticket.

They get unlimited servers, so they can have a CS/CZ and COD all at one time?

If only ONE at a time, use the Game Switcher in TCA, you can set it to only run ONE server at a time.

They dont need to submit a ticket... I dont even use TCA ticket system i use WHMCS's ticket system.

 

2. lol yes i offer any game in the unlimited package, thats the point to get more customers lol.
