tcadmin creating 2 teamspeaks at once

when ordering a ts3 server through whmcs quantity says 1 on the order form,

But tca admin is creating 2 servers for the one order ??

 

tca logs show whmcs is looking for a ts2 server as well on the order and cant find the server.exe there isnt one because i dont sell ts2

Looking at the voice server settings on tc admin there is a drop down box saying type, and it has 2 choices teamspeak3 and teamspeak 2 on the same voice id, so i am gathering whmcs creates 2 ts3 virtual servers instead, there is options to delte voice servers, but seems any changes i make on one affects the other voice server as they both under the same voice id, so if i delte one it will delete both, help scared to hit delete also i have unticked enable billing on ts2 server settings but it unticks ts3 as well !
