Custimizing any of the graphics?

Automating any additional features?

Any other websites besides the control panel on the same machine?

Any other applications on the machine?

Running game servers on your master?

Remotes are always being added on - 2-3 to start

Strictly a machine to run just a master server.

I used to have a celeron D with 2Gb ram as master with 4 remote and internal mysql so Id say almost anything can make it

If you're not running anything else on it then I would agree with Dimitri.
