The main site is offline again you better remove ECF's privileges before something serious happens.....

I think its a location thing. For the last 48 hrs Level3 has had repeated routing issues in dallas, I found access problems to several sites that were fixed by remoting into a machine in a different location to access the site. And traceroutes always died at a level3 router.
