After upgrading TCadmin autosetup not working!

Hello. A few days ago I updated my WHMCS to the latest verison (4.4.1)

After doing this I found out the TCadmin WHMCS module no longer works. On server setup I get the following error

 

No results were returned. Check your TCAdmin logs. URL used: http://109.70.148.17/billingapi.aspx

Ah, I found out why

When I updated the module, I didn't update default_values.php

Hello again. I am having another issue after upgrading. The username and password for the game server accounts are being randomly generated. Here is a snippit from the default_values.php

 

/* ************************** */

/* Client UserId and Password */

/* ************************** */

 

$billing_api_values["user_name"] = "CustomField: Username";

$billing_api_values["user_password"] = "CustomField: Password";

 

I have also tried

 

$billing_api_values["user_name"] = $params["CustomField:Username"];

$billing_api_values["user_password"] = $params["CustomField:Password"];

 

Please can you help? Becuase this was working fine before i upgraded WHMCS!
