Just a few questions

I am wondering what these options are for, because it seems to me they do not change a thing.

- Game Compatibility

- Is a Voice Server

- Always Start on CPU 0

Also why is there no option to set default priority? This does not make any sense to me.

is a voice server is self explanatory, used for ventrilo, mumble, mohawk, etc
What does it change when enabled?

always start on cpu0 is to help some old executables to spread to multi cores
Singlethreaded applications can be balanced over CPUs by Windows?
