Error when creating Ventrillo server

Hello,

 

When we are trying to create a Ventrillo Server it's throwing up the following error.

 

An error occurred while getting IPs from server with ID 'MasterServer':

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

Now we looked through the Knowledge Base and have completed all the required items there but still to no avail.

 

The server has IP's configured and Teamspeak works okay.

 

Could someone help us please?

Object not set to an instance of an object means the monitor is down. Restart the tcadmin monitor and you should be all set.

The TC Monitor has already been restarted multiple times.

check firewall rules and open a ticket

Ya check your firewall settings, tca support should be able to pin point issue.
