STEAM update oddity

STEAM just released an update, so one of my customers went to do the STEAM update through their panel. It brings up the DOS screen, but doesn't get as far as the 'bootstrapper' bit.

 

 

 

So I tried it from my machine, and it works fine.

 

 

 

I have allowed users access to this area so I don't see why it wouldn't work for him.

 

 

 

Any ideas?

K, think the problem was that I didn't have the hldsupdatetool in the right place? :s
