Servers online...but unable to connect

When I create a Counter Strike Source server (or any other game) through TCadmin its all ok and sets up fine, locates all the files fine and applications etc.

 

Although the server is actually not online. TCAdmin says its "running" in the game services page, but when viewing the specific game server, I get a "Hostname: Game server is not responding" in the query status. I also can't locate the server through steam.

 

The logs also say the game server was created fine. Counter Strike Source sets up with no hassle, and i cant see anything I have missed when trying CSS could it be a wrong executable?

 

What are the steps I would need to fix this issue?

Contacted my hosting company and they said Steam was having a problem with all gaming servers....no idea if this is true... I hope. They also stated things should be better as soon as Steam has fixed the issue.
