Game Servers don't communicate with TCadmin.

I was hoping someone could point me into the right direction.

 

Logging into TCadmin and tried to "start" "stop" game servers. However, the game servers don't respond with TCadmin control panel.

 

Can anyone point me into the right direction? Please note, managing a windows 2009 box and TCadmin is *new* to me. That said, please be detailed with your responses, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Is the TCadmin monitor service running?
