i updated tonight and now servers or starting and stopping repeatedly ... any ideas.

Any mods installed, as the update breaks almost every addon.

If you update and everything breaks, have your clients disable their addons. For the clients that like to beta test, suggest they use the beta versions of the addons they like to use to see if it fixes the problem. Eventually an update by the addon developer is normally released if it is a maintained addon that will normally work with the new version.

Make sure sourcemod, metamod, and mani admin are updated to work with the latest updates. Also eventscripts too.
