hi all,

 

i have an error when i want create a voice server (TEAMSPEAK2) with WHMCS.

In whmcs no error was found.

In TCADMIN --> pending auto setup --> error found.

 

If i try ton process automation tc admin say : Error: There are no locations configured with the files for this voice server. Please contact your game server provider with this error message.

 

and in the console log i find :

GSAutomation.Processes.CreateGameServer: Game with ID TC5627734322568 does not exist.

Email sent. To: ********* From: **************** Subject: Error while creating the game server

Email sent. To: ******** From: ************* Subject: Bienvenue sur votre GamePanel.

 

 

well, i use whmcs 4.4.2 and TCADMIN_Advance module.

Double check the game ID you put in whmcs.

 

The error tells you the exact problem "Game with ID TC5627734322568 does not exist."
