Brett
One of our other staff members setup our TS3 system, so I am not overly familiar with it. However, none of our customers have been able to get query scripts from the various sites like tsviewer.com, gametracker.com, and so on to work at all. We have added all of these sites to the whitelist, as well as the customer's websites, but this does not seem to work. Would it be possible just to make it completely disregard the whitelist and just set some sort of query limit? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thanks! Guest Trevor1
there are a few permissions that have to be enabled to allow guest querying of the server. here are a couple links to help you out as to what permissions you need to enable. (best if loged in as server query admin) (adjust the permissions under the guest query admin group) http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?page=faq under TeamSpeak 3 specific click the error code:2568 link this will get both TSviewer and Gametracker working. also when you create a new master server remember to login to the master server and setup your permissions as each virtual server that is created uses these permissions as its default. by default regular server admins can change there slot count and file transfer settings. you can read more info about this here http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=faq&cat=ts3athp&rate=266#ts3athp_recommendations #3 talks about the above settings hope this helps

Bubka3
Hi, Would anyone know how we can get that information to replicate to all new installs by default?
Guest Trevor1
are you asking about master server installs or virtual server installs The Masters have to be done after they are created as the .exe creates the DB upon startup. if the Master is setup correctly then all virtual servers created under that master would inherit all the same permissions. it explaines all that in the link i have posted above.
