Bubka3
I just want to note to everyone that binding SAMP to an IP on Windows will not work, in terms of announcing it to the master server for the internet list.

Jack
I just want to note to everyone that binding SAMP to an IP on Windows will not work, in terms of announcing it to the master server for the internet list. I had this problem prior to selling with a lot of my SAMP customers, did you email team@sa-mp.com?
Bubka3
No. See: http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=268045&page=2 He isn't planning to fix as far as I am aware.
Jack
If you're using TCA 2 you could spin up a small Linux VM and host all of the SA-MP servers off of the VM, I did that but I didn't do it for the announce file, DDoS is a huge problem in SA-MP and it's better to be hosted separate to the other customers. Bubka3
I'm not really targeting the SAMP market so main IP, different port works fine for most. Eventually we'll deploy a full Linux machine to just handle SAMP. DDOS isn't a problem as we only use providers/datacenters with protection for these.
