GMOD Servers Shut Down Connection

Hello,

 

We are having an issue with our Gmod Servers. Every time I client edits a LUA File and it has to compress it when the server restarts. It shuts down the WHOLE connection to the box when it compress then come back after its all done. Its really weird. I have done much research and no answers how to fix this. Can someone please help.
