After yesterday's update of some of servers is not protected and VAC in connection with the servers they can not go on, says Local server is available ... the network (class C)

This happens when the server is run through the panel.

And if the server is started manually, through the label on the machine, the server works fine with the VAC and it can go.

Check for ways to steamclient.dll in the registry branch of steam. If there is a record path to the file, then delete it and ban recording of all branches.

Try making a test server and set it to "administrator" and see if that works.

Some like solution change user from a server that starts in TC.

Had same issue. Running servers under custom user will solve this problem or do as kuzmi4 suggests.
