Mumble / Murmur Codec

Hello, im running windows server of Murmur, i have a customer complaining of poor codec, as far as i know its set on client side? is there any config command line which sets it?

 

i have the bandwidth set at 5000 or does it need to be higher? what does everyone else have it set as?

 

any help would be great.

our settings:
