Sub Administrators

Hi all,

 

New here. I have TCAdmin set up on a Windows 2008 box and I set up an admin for the Sub Administrator account.

 

However when he accesses the site he cannot see any of the servers running. I have every box checked that is available for the Sub Administrator account.

 

He can see the Master Server Info but when he clicks on "Game Services" it displays "No records to display." and there is currently 1 server online but he isn't seeing it.

 

Your help would be greatly appreciated as I need his account active so he can look into issues that may arise as I am not available all the time.

Hi,

 

make sure that one service isn't running on the admin account within TCAdmin as subadmins wont have the permissions to view these services.

 

try creating a service on a normal user account and see if it shows when logged in as a subuser

Thanks for your reply. I did go in and change the server that was not viewable by our other staff member to a different user account and he was able to see it then.
