Modern warfare 3 problems

I am having problems with installing mw3 on my server(s). I have tried setting up my own config and I have also tried using this: http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=9203

 

I have asked in a support ticket, but they said they don't provide support for that sort of thing, so I'm posting here.

 

With regards to the thread posted, I can't seem to install wine etc - I tried using yum.

 

Can anyone give me any help?

I don't have much experience with anything other than source based engines.

 

I am on centos 64-bit.
