SOF2 Gold on 2008r2 - Crashing

I have been asked to host a SOF2 Gold server and I am having some difficulties getting it working on a Win2008r2 server, as it keeps crashing when run from either TCadmin or a .bat (please see attached screenshot).

My first thoughts were that it may be down to a lack of OpenGL drivers maybe, but I did not want to start putting lots of extra stuff onto a server if it may not be needed.

 

I have also tested using the same files on 2x desktop machines running win7 and all works fine, so it appears not to be a vista style compatibility issue. Also DEP is turned off.

 

I realise the game is very old and not popular these days, however any assistance would be great!

Does anyone currently have SOF2 Gold running on a 2008r2 server?

 

If so, can you remember if you did anything special to get it running? Adding modified .dll maybe?

 

I have attached a log of the console running successfully on my PC with the same files I have on the server and I have noted where the error occurs/It crashes on the server (line 193).
