I have a PSD of the index and the rest of the pages have design documents explaining everything. There are about 14 pages. about 6-8 of them are just pages that need the template and ill do the rest. The rest will need someone more qualified then i am. The CMS is wordpress and it will make use of STEAM API. Before anyone asks my budget isnt set. That depends on how quickly it can be completed. There are a few sites out there such as the one Gary suggested, there's also a few that even have escrow accounts to ensure both sides are mutually happy before exchange is done. Thanks for the heads up adam. I plan to use paypal with all of it. They will get about 10% down and the rest once completed. I have a contract for it as well.
