Failed to download steam files

Well i been trying to get this working for a few hours now,

 

Iam now downloading them manually

 

/home/tcadmin/tcafiles/games/name.sh

 

But for the life of me it wont download the files when creating a server

 

 

EDIT:

 

Just finished downloading CSS and it creates the server with out any problems,

 

Also when i install tcadmin, and i got to access my domain name it brinks up tcadmin panel
