CS:GO Takes long time to start.

When i restart any on my CSGO server's with tcadmin they take ages to finally start.

 

The console sits at ..

 

"# Using breakpad crash handler"

For around 4-5 mins , then this comes up for a few seconds..

 

"[s_API FAIL] SteamAPI_Init() failed; unable to locate a running instance of Steam, or a local steamclient.dll."

Then the server proceeds to start.

 

What is causing this?

Im on Ubuntu 12.04 BTW.
