TCAdmin passing some sort of POST type data for login

Would anyone know how I can allow my integrated login form to pass the login data from the given form onto my IIS webserver to log into TCAdmin V1?

 

I just made that probably as confusing as possible rofl.

Figured it out. I was just using the wrong ID's. For anyone else running into these issues.

 

The form ID for the username is - USERID - And for password - PASSWORD -
