Half Life 2 DM "Hidden Source" Mod Issues

Alright i can get HL2 DM to work just fine but when i go to run Hidden Source i have tried everything, i read you have to change the command line and some other things i have spent over 5 hours tryings to get it to work and im still clueless.

You want to tell us at least what error your getting?

I can create the normal half life 2 just fine but when i change the command line or point to the folder for hidden source it says Status: Running (pid 0) im not sure if i have the mod folder in the correct spot or if my command line is even right, all the information i find is for running it off your home computer with cmd i figured i would just change the command line and a few tweeks to get the mod to work but no luck.

 

I installed the hidden mod inside the orangebox folder where the dlm2 folder is at not sure if thats correct or not.
