Dennis
Hi. We have kind of a big problem. So far, TCAdmin has worked perfectly with our installation of WHMCS, but today I found out that when a customer orders a Minecraft server, the module is created, but the service is not. WHMCS says Order Accepted The order has now been successfully activated when manually accepting the order, or even when clicking the "Create" button on the users product-page. In TCAdmin there's no sign of any Minecraft server. We have no problems with CS:S, and we haven't changed anything related to Minecraft. Anyone else experiencing this? CloudCUBE
Run the monitor in console mode and enable debugging to see if the monitor is reporting any issues.
Dennis
It gives this error. Creating task MC 4 slots owned by DennisM Adding task to queue: 557 Using API settings for user id 1. Servers: * Selection: LessSlots Checking server... id: 1 name: Master Game id 9 is not selected in the server's API configuration. No Windows servers were found in datacenter Default System.Exception: No Windows servers were found in datacenter Default at TCAdmin.GameHosting.Automation.AutomationProcesses.?() at TCAdmin.GameHosting.Automation.AutomationProcesses.Start() at TCAdmin.TaskScheduler.ModuleApi.StepBase.Start(Object arguments) I think it has something to do with this: Game id 9 is not selected in the server's API configuration. However, if we create a server from the control panel, everything works.
Dennis
Oh, God. Now it's happening to CS 1.6 servers as well. CloudCUBE
make sure your billing api is enabled. it can be found in Settings > API settings /Interface/Base/ApiSettings.aspx edit: and make sure the game service is selected to be installed on that server. Dennis
The Billing API is enabled. Where should I make sure that "the game service is selected to be installed on that server"? It worked for a couple of days ago. We haven't touched anything, and the servers can be created directly from TCAdmin interface. The only "new" thing is that we upgraded from WHMCS 5.2.3 to 5.2.4.
