Is this a Windows or Linux server? WHMCS or something else, do you have the game install files named correctly.

Good luck in the future Terry Howard. I left you with my personal email, as well as my business one, you also had all my contact information from the Paypal invoice. You haven't tried to contact me once and my last instructions were to email me what games you were going to settle on. You only had/have a Linux box setup so we couldn't arrange for ArmA or other Windows only hosting at that time. You were unsure of what you wanted to host and were supposed to let me know. I was to come back and help you yesterday afternoon or tonight (only because I was being a nice guy to put more time in)..I still haven't received that email as to what you wanted finished.

 

You paid me to do this for you but when I show up it is a waiting game while you work with a customer that put in a ticket to leave your webhosting for not allowing custom names. You hopped around on varying teamspeaks, going through your whm csf to unblock Norway, Malaysia, and some other country all the while I'm viewing you through Teamviewer as you search for country codes. I spent the better part of two hours when we agreed on one. You didn't have the COD4 files uploaded to the server and I agreed to come back the next day when you did after watching the upload via filezilla for nearly 10 minutes. I showed you the ropes on how to alter the default_values.php file to accommodate custom settings. I stopped in today on TeamSpeak and it was apparent you had enough to try to figure this out on your own now. If that was the case, you should have just been honest rather than try to scam me but blame me.

 

I wouldn't recommend anyone else try to help you. I have decided to fight this with Paypal so you hopefully learn a valuable lesson.

 

We also had a conversation that the time you paid for was well used but that I was going to help you since there so many distractions (all on your part) and that I wasn't as efficient as I could have been. You told me you couldn't afford to pay more and I stated to you that I was willing to help just to do so.

Also, for some mysterious reason...should you want to finish setting up a couple games provided the files are in place...let me know and I'll still finish this on my own time no matter the result of the dispute.

2 doesn't vary all that much from 1 when configuring games or the ordering process. I spent some time deciphering what you setup as configurable options and what you were trying to send.

 

You asked about games that are strictly Windows only. Did you have a Windows box setup, nope. Did you have COD4 files on the box, nope. Did I have to find the Linux executable link for COD4 for you, yep. Did I make the recommendation to get on TeamSpeak the following day after the files were in place, yep. Did I come back on, yep? How many hours did I spend with you answering questions or being subject to you answering tickets, live chat, etc., at least four or more.

 

You still haven't said anything about not trying to contact me once nor to anything that was stated above.

 

Did you waste my time searching through your SPLA licensing and showing me prices for no reason whatsoever? I should have known something was off when you made the comment that Microsoft has you on the honor system to report the licenses you are using but then admitted to using some without reporting them since whatever setup didn't ask you for one. That should have been my first hint to get out and stop working with you.
